- 2 small oranges, juiced, plus ½ tsp finely grated zest

Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Hull the strawberries and halve the avocado, scooping out the flesh. Juice the oranges and finely grate half a teaspoon of orange zest for added flavor.
- Blend Ingredients: Place the strawberries, baby spinach, avocado flesh, orange juice and zest, and bio yogurt into a blender. Whizz until completely smooth.
- Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a small amount (a drop) of chilled water and blitz again until you reach your preferred consistency.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and drink immediately to enjoy the freshest flavors and optimal nutrition.
