- 250g milk chocolate, chopped
- 250g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g light brown soft sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Prepare Slow Cooker: Set your slow cooker to low heat setting.
- Combine Ingredients: In the slow cooker, pour in the condensed milk, chopped milk chocolate, chopped dark chocolate, light brown soft sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Cook Mixture: Cook the mixture for 1 hour, stirring thoroughly every 15 minutes with a spatula. Scrape the sides and bottom to ensure nothing sticks, continuing until the mixture is thick and smooth.
- Prepare Tin: Lightly oil a 20 cm square baking tin and line it with baking parchment to prevent sticking.
- Pour and Chill: Pour the cooked fudge mixture into the prepared tin and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours until set.
- Cut and Store: Once set, cut the fudge into 36 squares using a sharp knife. Store the fudge in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within three days.
