Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash the kale thoroughly, peel and pit the avocado, and peel the chunk of ginger. If using banana, peel and have it ready.
- Combine in Blender: Place the kale, avocado, lime juice, frozen pineapple chunks, ginger, cashew nuts, and optional banana into a blender or smoothie maker.
- Add Water: Pour in a large splash of water to help with blending and achieve a smooth texture.
