Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash the kale thoroughly, peel and pit the avocado, and peel the chunk of ginger. If using banana, peel and have it ready.
  2. Combine in Blender: Place the kale, avocado, lime juice, frozen pineapple chunks, ginger, cashew nuts, and optional banana into a blender or smoothie maker.
  3. Add Water: Pour in a large splash of water to help with blending and achieve a smooth texture.
  4. Blend Smoothie: Blitz all ingredients until smooth, adding more water gradually until the desired consistency is reached.
