  • 1 1/2 cup Water (cold, filtered)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Carrots and Spinach: Wash and peel the two carrots thoroughly. Place the peeled carrots, 1 1/2 cups of cold filtered water, and 1/2 cup of fresh baby spinach into the blender jar.
  2. Add Apples and Celery: Core and halve two apples, then chop two stalks of celery. Add these pieces into the blender. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the mix.
  3. Add Ginger and Ice: Peel a one-inch piece of fresh ginger and add it to the blender. Include 1 cup of ice cubes to chill the juice and enhance texture. Secure the blender lid tightly.
  4. Blend Smooth: Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture becomes completely smooth, with no visible chunks of fruit or vegetables.
