  • 100g ice
  • 150 ml water (optional, to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Peel and roughly chop or grate the carrots depending on your blender’s capacity. Peel the oranges and grate the ginger.
  2. Combine in Blender: Place the carrots, peeled oranges, grated ginger, oats, and ice into the blender or smoothie maker.
  3. Blend Smooth: Blitz all ingredients until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, gradually add up to 150 ml of water to achieve your desired consistency.
  4. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately for the best freshness and flavor.
