Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Peel the bananas and measure out 125g of blueberries, whether fresh or frozen. Drain the silken tofu to remove excess moisture for a smoother blend.
- Combine Ingredients: Place the bananas, blueberries, silken tofu, and porridge oats into a blender.
- Add Water: Pour in 300ml of water to aid blending and achieve the desired smoothie consistency.
- Blend Smoothie: Whizz the ingredients together in the blender until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no lumps remaining.
- Serve or Store: Drink the smoothie immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient retention, or transfer it into a bottle for later consumption. If stored, shake well before drinking.

- Using frozen blueberries will make the smoothie colder and more refreshing without the need for ice.
