  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 125g blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Dairy & Grains

  • 300g pack silken tofu, drained
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats

Liquids

  • 300ml water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Peel the bananas and measure out 125g of blueberries, whether fresh or frozen. Drain the silken tofu to remove excess moisture for a smoother blend.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Place the bananas, blueberries, silken tofu, and porridge oats into a blender.
  3. Add Water: Pour in 300ml of water to aid blending and achieve the desired smoothie consistency.
  4. Blend Smoothie: Whizz the ingredients together in the blender until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no lumps remaining.
  5. Serve or Store: Drink the smoothie immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient retention, or transfer it into a bottle for later consumption. If stored, shake well before drinking.
